Friday, April 23
3:00-3:30 Registration for Miss * Ms * Mrs. Delegates
3:30-4:00 Registration for Jr. Teen & Teen Delegates
4:00-5:30 Orientation for all State Delegates (Delegates only, and mothers of those under 18 permitted)
5:00-5:30 Gift Exchange
5:30-7:00 FREE TIME
7:00-10:00 Get Your Bling On Mardi Gras style! Welcome Reception (Gazebo area) DELEGATES and PAGEANT STAFF ONLY
* Prizes for the Blingiest, Bazarre and Beddalizzed!
* Hors Doeuvres and cash bar; fun for all! Hosted by LaPlaya Resort and Suites
Saturday, April 24
8:30 All Delegates meet in the Theater at Ormond PAC for brief orientation
(If interview is first thing, come to the orientation ready for your interview which will be held at the Theater!)
The hotel has a continental & full service breakfast area if you want breakfast. We will have granola bars & whole fruit available
at the theater @ 8:15. Please bring whatever snacks or beverages you require to sustain you during rehearsals.
9:00-11:30 Interviews for Miss *Ms. & Mrs. Delegates
9:00-11:30 Rehearsals for Jr. Teen & Teen Delegates
Break for lunch and to change for your afternoon event (A lite lunch will be provided)
1:00-3:30 Rehearsal for Miss * Ms * Mrs. Delegates
1:30-3:30 Interviews for Jr. Teen & Teen Delegates
4:00-5:15 Poolside Photo Shoots (see schedule for your groups time)
5:30-6:30 FREE TIME
6:30-10:00 Evening activitiy TBA soon!
Clarification: You do not have to stay at the theater if you have down time. You can come and go as you please, as long as you adhere to the schedule mentioned above. Should you not be at your scheduled location at the appointed time, you could be disqualified from the competition. KEEP IN MIND that if you go back to the hotel between scheduled times, you could feasibly run in to beach traffic (especially if it is a nice day). It is not the pageants fault or responsibility if you miss your interview or rehearsal time. Again, you face disqualification with no funds being reinstated. Each individual is responsible for providing her own transportation to and from the hotel to the theater for the duration of the pageant weekend.
Sunday, April 25
8:00-8:45 All Delegates meet in the Theater at Ormond PAC for load-in of their competition items
9:00-1:00 Rehearsals ALL Delegates
1:00-3:30 Pageant Prep Time (A lite lunch will be provided)
(Note: it is best if you plan to stay at the theater for the entire day; however, should you decide to leave, please see Clarification section as stated above!)
3:30 ALL DELEGATES IN PLACE IN OPENING NUMBER OUTFIT
4:00 Pageant Begins
7:30-8:00 Photo Opps after pageant
9:00-11:00 Pageant After-Glow and Coronation Party (LaPlaya) tickets must be purchased in advance ($20/pp; delegates free)
Tickets for the After Glow Party can be purchased using the Ticket Form and must be purchased by 4/20/10.

9:00-11:00 2010 State Queens Orientation (cafe in LaPlaya)
