Rick Weaver - Energetic and innovative Broadway actor, motivational speaker, association consultant, business coach, and author; Rick Weaver, inspires and teaches powerful and practical solutions for achieving the maximum EXPERIENCE in presentation skills, strategic planning, leadership development and life balance.

Rick has accumulated 20+ years in the hospitality industry as an association-meeting planner, Director of Sales & Marketing for two major hotel chains and as a professional speaker, business coach, author and facilitator.

Having facilitated over 50 Meeting Professionals International chapter leadership retreats all over the world and having served on the Board of Directors himself for four MPI chapters, (Northern California, Tennessee, South Florida and WestField), he has received two Presidents Awards, two Chapter Leader of the Year Awards and an MPI International Award of Excellence.

With a unique style and humor, Rick has based his career upon connecting with his audiences. Some coaches hold up a mirror to themselves to say, “Look at Me.”  Rick’s ultimate goal when working with a group is to hold up a mirror to his audiences to say, “Look at You.”  
Melody Elsman - Melody Elsman is a native Floridian.  She and her husband Don retired from their careers in the dental profession in 2005, after many years of creating beautiful smiles. They currently enjoy spending time between their residences in Tequesta and Flagler Beach.  Having lived in the Florida Keys for many years, they are avid boaters and greatly enjoy their time spent in the Abaco Islands.

Melody\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s past judging experiences  include the Miss Florida Keys Pageant and the Miss Beautiful Pageant.  This past January, she had a wonderful time judging the Miss America 2011 Pageant from her seat in the audience at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, a trip she hopes to make a tradition.
William Zoellner  - William Zoellner is a Financial Advisor in North Carolina.  He offers a wide range of services, from helping individuals and couples select investment plans  to developing retirement strategies. With access to a broad array of company resources -- including research analysts and economic and market experts – Bill can help you make informed investment decisions based on your specific needs.

In his spare time, Bill enjoys riding horses, playing golf, Rotary, travelling, and the general outdoors, where he trap & skeet shoots, Drive fast cars, and lives live to the fullest!
Sara Heatherly  - Sara Heatherly is a Florida native who currently resides in Flagler Beach.  She attended Florida State University and is retired from the criminal justice system.  Since retirement she has been President and CEO of The Heatherly Group, an international criminal justice consulting firm.  She has also served as a Senior Consultant for the Florida Life Skills Academy. Sara stays active in her community with her involvement in a Social justice ministry, volunteering with St. Vincent dePaul and the Cold Weather Shelter for the homeless.
Carol Lynn Pieper  - Carol Lynn Pieper is a medical aesthetician and president of 2nd Level Skin.  She has been in the pageantry industry since 1988 where she started Great Models Training Center and Agency with her late husband.  Ms Pieper has won 13 state titles, 4 national titles and one world title since 1995.

Eunice Ennis  - Eunice Ennis, Owner of ImageFirst, is a professional Image-Wardrobe and Color Consultant with over eighteen years of certified experience.  She obtained her certification from Crowning Touch Institute, and Expressions in Colour.

Through ImageFirst, Eunice has helped companies, organizations, professionals, plus individuals represent themselves in conservative, sophisticated manner. She teaches individuals how to use their wardrobe and business etiquette to separate themselves from the crowd, she teaches individuals to focus on a timeless look, as apposed to a trendy look. She has conducted seminars and training classes in various U.S. locations, including many cities throughout Ontario, Canada.  Her seminars for women, men, and companies are exciting, inspirational, and leave one feeling more educated and knowledgeable about personal and business image.
Jon Keith - Jon Keith is a leading memory skill trainer and author in the United States today.  Jon was included in a national article about “Improving Your Memory”, featured in Time Magazine and had a front page article in the New York Times.  He has been on National TV and Radio, demonstrating his memory skill including: Live with Regis Philbin, the Howie Mandel Show and just recently on The Early Show, CBS Network TV.

The man who can remember an entire magazine in one hour and hundreds of names and faces can improve your memory with his teachable memory skill.  He is available for Seminars, Personal Coaching and Keynote Speeches.  Jon’s goal is to provide the student with the best training utilizing his experience in the field. Kae Pickard - Kae Pickard is a native Floridian who lived in the Orlando area for many years, before retiring to the beach in 2004.  She enjoyed a diversified career: from radio to governmental contract agencies, she now volunteers her time at the Halifax Health-Hospice Resale in Palm Coast.
<p>
Kae was a judge for the Florida U.S. Pageant three years ago and enjed it so much that she is not the official Chairperson of the Selection Committee.
<p>
She and her husband, David, have rescued many feral cats; they enjoy wine tasting trips, playing cards with friends, and the beach.
