Criteria - Florida U.S. Pageant

OVERVIEW of AREAS OF COMPETITION

INTERVIEW - media style

PHYSICAL FITNESS - option of or two piece swimsuit, with a wrap

GOWN ON-STAGE Q&A - question will be a random one from Justin Rudd's 1001 Pageant Questions

Each area of competition is worth 25% of the total score; judges vote in whole numbers from 1-15.

A very diverse panel of seven judges will score each and every event.

The Florida U.S. Pageants utilize the "Olympic Style Balloting" whereas the high and lot score will be dropped and the remaining five scores will be tabulated. This is the fairest method that we know of to ensure everything is fair and above board.

In the event of a tie, our auditor will break it by going back to the highest interview score; if there is still a tie, then the highest On-Stage Q&A score will win; still a tie? Then Physical Fitness will be the tie breaker. On occasion because of the quality of our state delegates, our auditor has had to go two and three levels back to determine the winner.
